Ingredients

Roquefort (or Blue) cheese

Worcestershire sauce

Lemon juice
2/3
c
Salad oil

Vinegar

Directions

  1. Mash cheese with a little oil.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil.
  3. Shake well until creamy.
  4. There are lots of recipes, but this is my personal favorite.
  5. Enjoy.
