Directions
- The Granny Smith apples should be peeled and cubed.
- Thoroughly wash spinach, removing fibrous stems.
- Dry and place in salad bowl.
- Add fennel, apples and onions.
- Toss with Celery Seed Dressing.
- Trim with fennel tops. 6 servings.
